General Terms and Conditions

• Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and public places.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Car parking at guests own risk.
• Use of DSLR is not allowed in resort. Certain part of the resort is a no-photography zone by all means. Professional photograph and photoshoots are chargeable.
• Videos and Photos taken cannot be used for any commercial uses.
• Entry to the resort is permitted only till 6pm due to forest conditions and animal movements considering the safety of the guest.
• There will be no doctor on call facility at resort. Nearest hospital is 4km from the resort.
• Beware of Bugs and small insects at resort. We request you to keep the doors closed always and to check your shoes while wearing.
• We request to keep your luggage’s and valuables locked.
• In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you, despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternative accommodation and transport at our cost.
• The network and internet services provided by the resort at all the times at designated areas. We don’t guarantee network / internet service if its problem from service provider’s end due to technical problem/maintenance or due to bad weather conditions. BSNL network will be readily available.
