Booking Confirmation

To block and hold the rooms on confirmed basis you are requested to confirm & complete the reservation along with advance payment.
If you haven't paid an advance, your booking will be considered as tentative booking and the rooms will not be blocked beyond the mentioned deadline.
Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation along with payment.

Cancellation Policy

Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
Refunds on cancellation will be made after deduction of applicable TDS / Service charges / Taxes / Bank charges.
100% room rate and taxes thereafter will be charged as retention for no show/ stay cut short.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures (like meeting /bandh/strike) or any untoward incidents. In that case no refund or postponement is entertained.

Jumping or diving is prohibited.
Spitting in the pool is prohibited.
Anyone with open wound or external injury is not permitted to use pool.
Any behaviour that is considered unacceptable will result in removal of person from pool.
Shower before entering pool. Swimming cap and swim suit are mandatory for pool usage.
No food/drinks allowed in Swimming pool area.
Running on wet causes falls and scrapes.
